What's New?On October 8 Small Town Genetics and Bar One Farms will hold the first annual Gilts Gone Wild Sale. There will be 40 select bred gilts from these two herds. Gilts will be bred to farrow mid October through December. You can register at www.showpig.com and gilt information will be available by October 1. County Fairs are in full swing around the state. Our MissionOur Mission is to establish a nationally recognized swine herd that makes available to the industry a select group of boar sires as well as providing access to blue ribbon show pigs for FFA and 4-H members. We believe that, with an emphasis on integrity and hard work, we can effect a positive change on both the commercial swine industry and the junior show ring. Our goal is to provide you, our customer with the appropriate solution to your needs. If you have a show pig breeding program, we can provide you with top quality semen from herd sires proven to produce winning show pigs. If you are a commercial producer, we have good quality boars that will give you a consistent product and we are able to offer contract pricing. If you are a junior member of FFA or 4-H with your own breeding project, we can help you select from our boars so that your sows will farrow show pigs that you will be proud to sell or show yourself.
